I am impressed with your skills. Congrats on the contract. Personally I don't see a problem with their request to not have it downloadable...but then again, Independents get their exposure from this sort of stuff....I dunno

The piano in the intro is nice. I like the way you chopped up the vocals, it's very clean and you didn't go overboard. The low end sounds a little muddy, but that may be my monitors, not sure. This is great!

Oh yeah, about disabling downloads, keep in mind that it is easy to circumvent, but it will probably keep your label happy nonetheless.

Hmm, back again, haha, the scratching sounds in here sound sampled, if they aren't then they could use some more life, it's just a little too straightforward.
